Nieuwbouw, Verbouw, Aanbouw, Renovatie en onderhoud in en om het huis

Alle voorkomende werkzaamheden voor het bouwen van uw huis kunnen wij realiseren, of het verbouwen/renoveren van uw bestaande woning. Ook in het voortraject kunnen wij u van dienst zijn door middel van het meedenken in het ontwerp en de uitvoering hiervan. Elzakkers Bouw en onderhoud is sterk in het bedenken van mogelijkheden ons motto is dan ook “Gaat niet bestaat niet”. 

Het voordeel van voor ons kiezen is dat wij uw project kunnen realiseren van A tot Z zodat u maar 1 aanspreekpunt heeft.

Toilet-, badkamer en keuken-renovatie

Wij kunnen u een complete renovatie aanbieden voor uw toilet, badkamer en/of keuken. Van sloopwerk tot afmontage. Met als voordeel dat alle disciplines onder 1 dak zijn waardoor de renovatie vlekkeloos verloopt en u als klant zoveel mogelijk ontzorgt wordt.

Leveren en plaatsen van houten- en kunststof-kozijnen

Is uw woning toe aan vervanging van uw kozijnen, ook dan bent u bij Elzakkers Bouw en onderhoud aan het juiste adres. Wij werken uitsluitend met kozijnen van de hoogste kwaliteit. Voor kunststof is dit K-Vision van de Fabrikant Kochs uit Duitsland en voor aluminium is dit Heroal. Onze houten kozijnen worden op maat gemaakt in de timmerfabriek volgens KVT-details.

Kozijnen kunnen door ons geleverd en/of geplaatst worden. Ook bij het leveren en plaatsen van rolluiken en horren kunnen wij u van diens zijn.

Constructieve werkzaamheden

Bij Elzakkers Bouw en onderhoud kunt u terecht voor al uw constructieve werkzaamheden. Hier moet u denken  aan constructief sloopwerk (draagmuren), het plaatsen van constructieve balken en/of kolommen, het maken van muur- en gevelopeningen en stut en stempelwerk.  Wij kunnen deze werkzaamheden uitvoeren  van constructie berekening naar stut en stempelwerk naar sloopwerk tot plaatsen constructieve voorziening.
